Thomas Hart

Thomas Hart joined Fraser’s Fort Lauderdale Office as Human Resources Coordinator in 2022.

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Thomas also spent time in San Francisco and Atlanta, until he found home in the yachting hub of Fort Lauderdale in 2007. A committed HR professional, he is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he continues to learn and challenge himself through online classes.

Thomas brings over 15 years of hospitality management and 20 years of progressive experience in human resources to his current position. His varied human resource career spans many different industries including retail, automotive, risk management and the legal field. He specializes in new hire orientation, onboarding, employee relations, benefits training, and auditing. 

Tom enjoys volunteering, rescuing dogs and spending as much time as possible on the intercoastal waterways of Fort Lauderdale.
